Coline was born in Sierre and grew up in Chermignon Bas, Valais. She holds both Swiss and Spanish nationalities. At the age of 7, Coline studied dance from classical to hip-hop, jazz, and contemporary. During that time she was also introduced to circus classes. After completing high school, she decided to pursue a more academic path in Communications and Marketing at the University of Lausanne. In 2018, she signed up at the Lausanne Circus School, where she trained throughout her three years of University. The circus school also gave her a safe space to train during Covid while her Bachelor’s courses were online. With that time and the generous encouragement of the circus school, she expanded her training to include hand balancing and aerial work. Her first professional circus contract was with the Swiss company, O’Chap. She has since traveled the world with several companies and festivals. Dear San Francisco will be her first time performing with The 7 Fingers.
