CHEF’s SERIES at DEAR SAN FRANCISCO

Indulge in a culinary journey with the Chef's Series at Dear San Francisco, running June through November 2024! Each month, guests will have the opportunity to savor signature dishes from renowned local chefs and restaurants. From innovative fusion creations to classic culinary delights, guests will embark on a gastronomic adventure that captures the essence of San Francisco's vibrant dining scene.

November: Canela Bistro & Wine Bar — Chef Mat Schuster (Castro)

  • Pear and Almond Gazpacho (Pears, almonds, shallot, garlic, and olive oil blended into a smooth winter gazpacho, topped with croutons, toasted almonds, parsley and olive oil) - V, GF option available

  • Bacon Wrapped Dates (Dates stuffed with sheep’s milk cheese, wrapped in bacon and served with a pickled Basque Piparra pepper) - GF

  • Bocadillo Sandwich (Serrano ham, Manchego cheese, and garlic paprika aioli)
